Mini Rant- -

Sorry you had that bad experience with our ever faithful federal government, but on a side note, and speaking from personal experiece, the fact that you can't lock your bags anymore just makes it that much easier for the hood rats working the baggage loading station to take more of your stuff after it clears TSA without having to work for it. (reference my $400.00 driver that "disappeared" from my golf bag) "are you sure you didn't leave it at home sir? it is odd that someone would only take one club out of your bag..." You call TSA to say your camera or God forbid checked fire arm is missing (rest assured you will get a visit from local law enforcement if that happens) and they will say...."but we put it all back....that's what the paper says." You can always go to the airline for a claim, but the nice thing about your ticket is that it has a limit of liability from the airline of about $100.00 no matter what you are carrying. You really have no recourse legally speaking and it sucks. Talk to my mother and father in law about that one and the fact that all their luggage for a 3 week trip to Europe got lost..clothes, art they bought, etc. They got $300.00 back for that fiasco...In any event, I guess security under the guise of "freedom" means we just get &!#$@# that much more. And oh, by the way, you "consented" to the search when you decided to buy your ticket and not take the wagon train...right.

Fred..

My name is on some "list" of names tracked by the TSA- I am always stopped, pulled aside, and searched... Unfortunately I have learned to adjust to this "minor inconvenience".
