Yeni and I love going to DisneyWorld — our one big spend each year is annual passes. We go as often as we can… not as often as we’d like… but we get there 20+ times a year. We each have our favorite places. Yeni loves the Magic Kingdom… I love Epcot. The castle is her house… I can sit on the People Mover for hours. We both love Main Street, England, the Land, and Chefs de France....
So last night, the Mrs, her parents, and I headed to Blue Water Bay in Melrose to celebrate our 5th anniversary. We’ve had a lot going on these past years… moves, starting a bakery, job stress, fun with immigration, family, money — you know… the same kind of crap everyone deals with. It comes down to this… life has challenges. Some are harder than others– but the reality remains that we all have our own fights....
So normally we have Monday off — but today Yeni and I packed up the truck with some cakes and headed to Lake County for a delivery. On the way back to Gainesville, we stopped off at the Wing Stop in Ocala. The Wing Stop is a Hooters knock-off with very good wings. Wings so good that Yeni suggested we stop there. ...

Yeni Recently, a bi-partisan group is attempting to create a “path to citizenship” for illegal immigrants. Many in our community (and country) support such a plan — I do not. Of course I’m biased. I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars on fees, wiped away more tears than one can count, and have had my motives questions all to follow the rule of law and have Yeni and I keep within the bounds of legal immigration. ...

The food was excellent; this is easily one of the best restaurants in town. I enjoyed a drink (just one — I was driving), Yeni enjoyed a drink. Both were top notch. So… when the bill came I was faced with a conundrum. How much should I tip?...
